A respected insurance brokerage in Central New Jersey is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines leader to oversee its high-performing team. This strategic role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and delivering outstanding client service across a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Reporting directly to the COO, the Department Manager will drive efficiency, mentor staff, and align departmental goals with company growth initiatives. Hybrid schedule available after 90 days.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading and developing a team of Account Managers and service professionals
• Overseeing performance, training, and departmental operations
• Ensuring service, sales, and retention goals are met
• Strengthening client and carrier relationships through strategic support
• Collaborating with leadership on process improvement and business growth
