A company is looking for a Care Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

Support patients and caregivers with inquiries and appointment scheduling

Manage electronic health records and coordinate provider documentation

Facilitate communication within the health network and assist with prior authorizations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in a medical office or related field

1+ years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation

Extensive understanding of medical terminology

Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to various technology platforms
