What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Lead the execution of public relations strategies to generate earned media coverage across various outlets
  • Manage and mentor the Public Relations Manager to ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Cultivate relationships with media contacts across travel, lifestyle, and business categories
  • Develop and edit press materials, including releases and media kits, to support brand visibility
  • Track and analyze PR coverage and metrics to optimize future efforts

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in public relations, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing direct reports or agency teams
  • Demonstrated success in developing integrated PR strategies that drive media coverage
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a relevant portfolio

  • Established media relationships with reporters across lifestyle, travel, business, and broadcast verticals
  • Experience managing influencer and creator collaborations, including content review and partnership measurement
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
