The Rental Coordinator position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and closing rental agreements while communicating updates with both internal and external customers. This position is a fast moving and rewarding position where employees get to help customers solve real world problems with industry leading Cat Power Generation and Distribution solutions. The Rental Coordinator will work on-premise in the hiring branch.### Responsibilities : o Provide rental support to the Rental Sales Team to ensure excellent customer serviceo Answer incoming calls from Sales Representatives, customers, and the rental call centero Generate customer quotes, create and close rental agreements while utilizing Ziegler's proprietary rental softwareo Monitor rental reports to manage daily tasks to ensure process complianceo Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns with the Transportation Departmento Ensure accurate and timely invoices, including collection of unpaid balanceso Build and maintain knowledge of rental fleet equipment and their applicationso Collaborate effectively with team members, management, and other departmentso Assist with inventory management when neededo Follow up with Sales Representatives and customers through phone and other communication channelso Participate in after-hours, on-call support as neededo Assist with reception desk phone coverage, special projects, and training as needed Qualifications : o High School Diploma or GED; 2 or 4 year degree preferredo Personal Attributes : Customer focus, attention to detail, dependability, efficiency, planning and organizationo Ability to multi-task in a demanding environmento Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite and related softwareo Preferred – rental industry knowledge### Minimum Physical Requirements :

Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location.
