LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's office operations and sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Responsibilities :
Maintain office supplies and restock kitchen essentials
Coordinate with vendors for office needs and services
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
Support the sales team by submitting and tracking sales orders
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Help with general office organization and administrative tasks
Qualifications :
Previous experience in administrative or sales support roles preferred (at least 2+ years of experience)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours :
9 : 00am-5 : 00pm (with flexibility)
