Position : Full-Time Skilled Maintenance Technician

Location : The Pointe Brodie Creek, West Little Rock, AR

Are you a skilled maintenance technician looking to join a luxury apartment community? The Pointe Brodie Creek is seeking a full-time maintenance technician with expertise in general maintenance, appliance / equipment repair, minor electrical work, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry. Experience in HVAC and EPA certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform hands-on general maintenance work, including appliance / equipment repair, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry.

Rotate in an on-call capacity to support our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee.

Maintain knowledge and skills in HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, and other aspects of apartment maintenance.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferred.

HVAC or EPA certification preferred.

Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.

Proficiency in electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, and basic understanding of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.

Availability to rotate in an on-call capacity.
