Dietary Cook Responsibilities :

• The Dietary Cook prepares all served food
• The Dietary Cook plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
• The Dietary Cook follows standard recipes and special diet orders
• The Dietary Cook operates standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• The Dietary Cook adheres to all sanitation and food production codes
• The Dietary Cook cleans and maintains kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
