Pay Information $450 to $475 per hour About The Position Quick Credentialing - Gastroenterology Locums in New Mexico A rewarding Gastroenterology locums assignment awaits in New Mexico. This ongoing opportunity offers a great case mix and a chance to build a schedule that works for you, with coverage needed as soon as possible. Highlights Ongoing locums assignment with flexible blocks still available. Minimum 5 days per month required - you choose the dates. Quick credentialing gets you to work faster, typically in 30-45 days. Malpractice insurance is included for the duration of your coverage. Practice Setting Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Work with an adult patient population. Dedicated support from 2 MAs and additional office staff. Schedule Weekly structure includes a mix of procedure and clinic days, Monday through Friday. Anticipated volume of approximately 15 patients per day. Procedures and Cases Focus on general gastroenterology cases. Common procedures include upper endoscopies with biopsy. ERCP and EUS experience is preferred but not required. Requirements Must be Board Certified in Gastroenterology. An active New Mexico state license is required. Current ACLS, BLS, and ATLS certifications are mandatory.
