About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) III you are responsible for aligning human resources strategy and service with business objectives in designated business areas (BAs) and / or functional organizations. In this job, you will serve as a consultant to leadership on human resource-related issues. As a successful HRBP acts as a strategic partner and operations consultant to the business while facilitating resolutions and responding to emergencies when necessary. You will assess and anticipate HR-related requirements. Balancing the needs of the business with those of the enterprise, HRBPs communicate proactively with internal HR partners (COEs, Shared Services, other HRBPs) and business leaders to develop integrated solutions. The position develops partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leadership and employees that reflect the organization's business objectives. The HR Business Partner III serves as a strategic partner to business units, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance. This role involves developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives, managing talent management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Business Partner III also plays a key role in resolving complex employee relations issues and facilitating training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and provide HR support to achieve organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with business strategies.
• Manage talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
• Develop and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance on change management strategies.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system

Compensation

Pay Range : $117,590 - $129,332.50. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness. IMPORTANT NOTICE : To conform to U.S. Government international trade regulations, applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.
