Responsibilities

• Collect data from Salesforce and other sources
• Optimize and automate data collection methods
• Design and maintain data systems and databases
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and address issues in data systems
• Organize data into accessible and user-friendly formats
• Analyze and interpret data, trends, and patterns
• Prepare and present data reports for leadership
• Resolve Salesforce requests using as-built data from various plants
• Catalogue service BOMs using engineering and manufacturing data
• Create relevant service drawings using Creo software
• Utilize Windchill PLM and PDM functions effectively
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving
• Analyze user needs and system specifications
• Develop detailed design specifications and documentation
• Create prototypes to demonstrate software functionality and gather feedback
• Collaborate with teams to design cohesive, user-friendly interfaces
