Lateral Salary :

Starting Pay at 2 years of service : $101,104

Starting Pay at 3 years of service : $105,314

Starting Pay at 4 years of service : $109,709

Starting Pay at 5 years of service : $114,094

A l l applicants must meet the following minimum requirements established by the City of Elmhurst :

Out-of-state lateral hire applicants must be eligible to be awarded a basic academy training waiver from the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board through the Out-of-State Trained Reciprocity Process within 30 days from date of hire.
