Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and coordinate capacity-building program curriculum and activities

Create and deliver webinars, workshops, and online courses, including multimedia content

Recruit and manage participants for learning opportunities and foster community interactions

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of relevant experience in project management, training delivery, or community engagement

Demonstrated experience or interest in participatory democracy and climate issues

Experience with instructional design and online facilitation tools

Strong project management and organizational skills

Alignment with the organization's mission and values
