Job Description : Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in St. Louis, Missouri, to hire school nurses to provide 1 : 1 support for medically complex students. Qualifications : Missouri LPN / LVN License Must have trach / vent experience. American Heart Association BLS Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience in a school or pediatric setting 1 : 1 School Nurse Contract Details : $30-$33 an hour Schedule follows the school district calendar This is a one-to-one nurse position to provide medical care to a student throughout the school day based on the student's medical diagnosis and care plan 1 : 1 Support Nurse. Must have trach / vent experience. Key Responsibilities : The nurse will be expected to follow medical care plans and medical orders IEP / 504 plans, and provide effective and pertinent information to the special education team and student caregivers Nurse will be expected to complete daily documentation Contract is for the current school year LPN will be matched to student based on the nurse's medical acuity experience What We Offer : Full medical, dental, vision, life, and even pet insurance!
