About the Role :

As a Charge Nurse (RN), you’ll take on a key leadership role, guiding your team and ensuring exceptional care for our residents. You’ll coordinate daily nursing operations, delegate tasks to support staff, and provide hands-on clinical oversight. Above all, you’ll help create a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment where residents feel cared for and team members thrive.

Key Responsibilities :

• Meet with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan shifts, services, and activities
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by government agencies as needed
• Maintain and submit the Daily Census Report to the Business Office
• Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care and guidance
• Observe and interpret patients’ symptoms and communicate findings to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to develop individualized care plans
• Perform routine nursing procedures (e.g., taking vital signs, administering injections) and maintain accurate patient charts
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Provide immediate medical intervention in emergency situations
• Supervise, mentor, and train LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure high standards of care
