• Electrical Maintenance Technician III Location : Big Lake, TX – Big Lake Office (1921 E US Hwy 67, Big Lake, TX 76932) Schedule : 5 / 2 | Monday–Friday | 40 hours / week TX Journeyman’s License – REQUIRED Position Overview We are seeking two Electrical Maintenance Technician III professionals to support field electrical maintenance at our Big Lake, TX location.
• These roles will focus on preventive and breakdown maintenance, electrical isolation (LOTO), and supporting safe, reliable facility operations.
• Candidates must have a Texas Journeyman’s License and strong experience in oilfield electrical work, including powerline builds.
• Key Responsibilities Perform electrical maintenance and isolation for lighting, air conditioning, motors, and related systems Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and minimize impact on production Work with vendors and subcontractors as needed to complete maintenance activities Ensure compliance with MOC (Management of Change) requirements for plant modifications Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and simplification Participate in daily operations shift meetings and provide input on electrical issues Promote and comply with high SSHE standards; employ Observation Safety Techniques (OST) to report safe / unsafe acts Support responsible waste management practices and environmental compliance Skills and Qualifications 4–6 years of electrical maintenance experience, preferably in oil & gas Powerline and powerline build experience strongly preferred Oilfield electrical background highly desired Effective communication skills with the ability to provide clear field condition reports and recommendations Ability to adapt to heavy workloads, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong teamwork skills; able to collaborate with individuals across functions Powered by JazzHR
