We’re seeking a dynamic Center Director for our Austin location — a clinical leader who thrives in patient care while mentoring a small, motivated team.

• $130,000 annually Saturday Shifts : 2 per month at $400 each = $10,400 annually , bringing total potential compensation to $140,400 Robust Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life & accident insurance Career Growth : Leadership role with hands-on patient care Professional Development : CME allowance + CME PTO Peace of Mind : Malpractice insurance fully covered Balance & Flexibility : Paid time off + employee wellness discounts 🩺 What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional patient care using proven protocols Guide and support a team of 3–5 employees Oversee daily clinic operations and lab compliance Collaborate with our physician medical director to ensure the highest quality of care ✅ What We’re Looking For Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP (required) Active DEA registration (required) Minimum 2 years of clinical practice Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and patient transformation 🗓 Your Schedule Monday : 8 AM – 5 PM Tuesday : 8 AM – 7 PM Wednesday : 8 AM – 1 PM Thursday : 7 AM – 5 PM Friday : 8 AM – 5 PM Saturday : 8 AM – 12 PM ( 2 shifts per month, $400 each ) 🎓 Training Two consecutive weeks, Monday–Friday First three days virtual (via Teams) Remaining sessions in person at our Austin clinic 👉 Ready to lead with purpose and change lives?
