We Seek : High-energy, self-driven consultants with :

  • 6-10 years' industry experience
  • Expertise in organizational transformation & change management
  • Proven success in high-performance consulting
  • Exceptional facilitation and delivery skills

    • Ideal Candidates Offer :

  • Extensive experience managing projects for enterprise-level companies
  • Background with complex / multinational organizations (preferred)
  • Capital project consulting experience
  • Executive / leadership coaching capability

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Advise and coach C-suite leaders
  • Lead workshops (25+ participants)
  • Manage $750K+ engagements
  • Bridge strategy and execution for people-focused initiatives

    • Required Skills :

  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Management consulting background (industry specialization a plus)
  • Ability to navigate matrixed enterprises
  • Established C-level credibility
  • Project management mastery
  • Long-term client partnership experience
  • Ability to transform mindsets and behaviors
  • Strategic relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial yet collaborative approach
  • Proven large-group facilitation expertise
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and client impact
  • Superior analytical and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (frequency flexible)
