Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent position in Mountain Home, Idaho . This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and is passionate about delivering critical, life-saving care to diverse patient populations offering $65,000 to $115,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As an Emergency Department RN, you will :

Deliver rapid and effective nursing care to patients with acute illnesses or injuries

Assess and triage patients based on severity of condition

Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies

Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and interdisciplinary teams

Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

Respond to trauma activations, codes, and emergency alerts

Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care

Qualifications

Active Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC preferred

Minimum 1 year of emergency nursing experience preferred

Strong critical thinking, assessment, and crisis management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment
