A company is looking for a Medical Assistant - Remote who must reside near Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Heart Failure Program by coordinating patient enrollment and engagement

Manage telehealth schedules and provide transitional care management for patients post-hospital discharge

Maintain patient records, coordinate care, and deliver patient education while ensuring excellent patient-centric care

Required Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant through a recognized certification exam within one year of issuance

High school diploma or GED

At least 3 months of experience in a medical office setting preferred

Strong computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology

Ability to work remotely with a dedicated space for patient privacy and reliable broadband
