Technology and Innovation - Associate Director (NetSuite)

Overview Riveron is looking for an Associate Director to join our Technology and Innovation practice. This client-facing role will interact with key leadership (CFO, Controller, etc.) and will contribute to the areas of business development and sales, practice development, and project execution. You will lead the delivery of client engagements, serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the client, guide a team of consultants through the project lifecycle, and ensure that high-quality projects are consistently executed on time and on budget. You will further augment your advisory toolkit by digging deep into client problems in real time and delivering ongoing thought partnership, with guidance from business leaders and a dedicated performance advisor, contributing to developing the practice as we invest in accelerating your growth. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of client engagements, acting as the day-to-day client contact Guide a team of consultants through the project lifecycle and ensure high-quality project execution on time and on budget Develop project and people management skills while delivering ongoing thought partnership to clients Contribute to business development, sales, and practice development within the Technology and Innovation practice Collaborate with business leaders and a dedicated performance advisor to accelerate growth of the practice Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) 7 years of implementation or optimization experience with prior experience architecting NetSuite ERP solutions Leading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite implementations Experience gathering business requirements and implementing ERP, CRM, and / or PSA solutions Mastery of Microsoft Office products Consulting experience in other business applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus SaaS or Cloud experience is a plus Certified NetSuite ERP consultant is a plus Ability to develop, grow, and sustain client relationships Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach Ability to work in dynamic, changing environments and communicate effectively with client leadership and internal teams Desire to contribute to Riveron culture and internal initiatives Passion for best practices and the ability to challenge unnecessary customizations Compensation and Benefits The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 - $210,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits). This range accounts for factors such as experience, training, skill sets, licensure and certifications, location, and other organizational needs.
