SC&H Group is redesigning our approach to traditional Human Resources services with a commitment to Talent Experience & Operations. We are currently searching for a Lead Talent Experience Partner to be based out of either our Hunt Valley or Columbia office in Maryland.

The Lead Talent Experience Partner will provide dedicated service to select practices throughout SC&H and supervise the Experience & Operations team. We are seeking a proactive, independent decision-maker to advise leaders and shape programs in the areas of employee relations, new hire orientation and onboarding, and performance management.

The Lead Talent Experience Partner will report directly to SC&H's Chief Talent Officer and work closely with other teams within the Talent function including Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Experience as a trusted advisor to leaders on important HR matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to deliver engaging group presentations.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teammates.
  • This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week on site in either our Columbia, MD or Hunt Valley, MD office.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience in a professional services firm and / or rapidly growing company.
