Job Title / High-Level Position Summary :

The Field Service Representative (FSR) position supports all Companion Animal Health products with a strong emphasis on hardware and accessory installation, software connectivity, and end-user hands-on technical and medical training.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Installations, User Training, and Field Support

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product installations and user training.

Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product technical issues on site.
