Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Northern California Preparatory School, an education site of Point Quest Group, is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with strong group therapy expertise to join our specialized middle and high school program in Sacramento, California. Our student population includes adolescents with Type 1, high-functioning autism and co-occurring mental health needs. This role focuses on designing and leading therapeutic groups that support social development, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead structured and process-based group therapy sessionsDevelop and implement group curricula targeting social development, emotional regulation, and academic stressProvide individual therapy as neededDocument student progress and collaborate with educational teams and familiesSupport crisis intervention when requiredQualifications :
Master's degree in Counseling or related field (Clinical Psychology, Social Work, etc.).Active California LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or Cleared PPS credential with CTC.DOJ / FBI Live Scan Background & Tuberculosis Clearance.Experience leading group therapy for adolescents, especially neurodivergent populationsBackground in autism spectrum disorders and adolescent mental healthFamiliarity with CBT, DBT, and evidence-based group modalitiesSchool-based or educational setting experience preferredPhysical Requirements :
