Position Overview :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for internal hires at Tandym. In addition, this role will support key HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee change / transfer processes. This position is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and understands how to balance speed with quality in hiring while also ensuring smooth employee lifecycle experiences.
A day in the life :
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internal corporate roles, from job posting through offer stage.
Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
Source and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company and compliance with HR policies.
Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, system access removal, and documentation.
Process and track employee change and transfer requests, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in HR systems.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS, ensuring accuracy of candidate and employee data.
Track and report recruitment lifecycle metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and turnover trends.
Stay current on recruiting trends, staffing industry best practices, and labor market intelligence.
About you :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within staffing, recruitment, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
Experience with onboarding, offboarding, or HR transactions strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, ATS and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, employees, and HR partners.
Results-driven with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience.
