Associate Therapist - Adults & Couples Therapist
This position is perfect for a registered AMFT, ACSW, or APCC with experience providing therapy to adults / couples, who loves working relationally with adults and is looking for a home at a professional private pay group practice. All hired associates at Love Heal Grow (LHG) participate in a 6-month training & educational period in addition to seeing clients; this includes 5 hours a week of paid advanced training to further their skills as a therapist.

Compensation : $50 - $80 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychotherapy for adult individuals and couples while receiving training and clinical supervision
- Complete an average of 24+ appointments a week (full-time) or 15+ appointments a week (part-time)
- Manage all clinical admin tasks with strong attention to detail in order to provide high-quality customer service to clients
- Complete 120+ hours of paid training in our practice's therapeutic specializations
- Attend supervision and staff meetings regularly
- Contribute positively to work culture by being supportive and collaborative with teammates.
- Manage and coordinate their calendar and client communications, using practice software and technology
