Chief of Staff of Zlayt AI

Overview

As the Chief of Staff of Zlayt AI, you will work directly with our founder, supporting the management and growth of our legal AI platforms. This is a hybrid position located in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, financially savvy, and motivated to rapidly excel with potential to accelerate to COO or CEO in the future.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute business strategies, plans, and initiatives
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize decision-making and drive growth
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, both in writing and verbally
• Streamline processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
• Stay highly organized, juggling multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Be willing to take on any task, no matter how mundane or complex, and execute it with excellence
• Assist in forecasting and business planning to support strategic decision-making
