Home Infusion - Registered Nurse

And we do it all with heart, each and every day.\n\n-Looking for a full-time home infusion nurse who will travel\n\nthroughout Lafayette and surrounding suburbs of Indianapolis up to 150 miles radius\n- We pay your hourly rate for both patient and drive time and we have a travel reimbursement program.\n\n- Eligible for company car\n\n- Full Time hours are 35-40 hours / week and are primarily during the day, with an occasional evening or weekend visit\n\n- Participation in the telephonic on-call rotation of one shift / month. There are no in-person visits when on call.\n\nAs a Registered Nurse (RN), Home Infusion you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. Our nurses have the time and a balanced schedule to build strong one-on-one relationships with your patients and their families.\n\nAs a Home Infusion Nurse you will…\n- Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RN's such as Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion (CRNI)!\n- Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in our patients' homes\n- Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients recover in the comfort of their own home.\n- Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.\n- Additional licensure may be required in multi state service areas\n- Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners.\n\nRegistered Nurses (RN) with Coram CVS / specialty infusion services, have a uniquely rewarding setting to use their exceptional nursing skills. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.\n\nOur people fuel our future.
