job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMonday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–7 : 00 PM Paid vacation & accrued sick leave Mileage reimbursement + monthly cell phone stipend Team mentorship , training , and career growth opportunities 🩺 Full-Time Benefits (Eligible in 30 Days or Less!) 50% company-paid medical coverage $25,000 life insurance policy Optional dental, vision, and dependent coverage 🧑🤝🧑 What You’ll Do Teach and coach clients in independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene, time management) Motivate and support adults with developmental and behavioral challenges Plan and track weekly goals and progress Complete daily case notes and quarterly reports Work mostly in the field with clients (approx. 90%) and 10% on documentation Collaborate with Program Managers , Regional Center Coordinators , and training staff 📋 Requirements Valid driver’s license , clean driving record , and reliable transportation Comfortable traveling within Orange County and transporting your clients Able to pass a background check (per state standards) Basic computer skills ( MS Word, email, data entry ) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ✅ You’ll Be a Great Fit If You : Have a heart for helping others and treat people with dignity and respect Are dependable , organized , and able to adapt to various cultures and lifestyles Can work independently and adapt to changing client needs Have behavioral health or social services experience (preferred, not required) 🌈 Why Join Spread Your Wings?
