About the Role
Outcode is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic, product-focused team. The ideal candidate is an analytical and collaborative leader who will drive the entire product lifecycle — from strategy and roadmap development to launch and post-release evaluation.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and client teams to identify new opportunities, define business models, and deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions for our clients in the U.S. market.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping innovative software products while working closely with international teams and U.S.-based stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle : strategy, roadmap definition, development, launch, and post-release evaluation.
- Create business models, define KPIs, and conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to align product goals with company objectives.
- Develop and monitor data-driven analytics to inform product decisions and improve performance.
- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to guide continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support team members to achieve both individual and collective goals.
- Ensure product compliance with US client and business standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).4+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.Proven track record in end-to-end product ownership, from ideation to delivery.Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent).Experience working with US-based clients, businesses, and compliance standards.Availability to work within US time zones.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams.Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.Optional but Valuable Additions
