job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when necessary. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within retail and mall environments. Conduct both regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe for unusual or suspicious behavior and report findings according to company and client protocols. Work collaboratively with clients, visitors, and employees to maintain a welcoming atmosphere while upholding security-related expectations. Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Security Professional - Mall Roving Patrol
As a Security Professional - Mall Roving Patrol in West Nyack, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be a visible presence at a bustling retail and mall location. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting in helping to deter security-related incidents, and offering outstanding customer service to visitors and tenants.
