Position Summary

The Case Referral Associate is responsible for monitoring and following up on all referred cases. The Case Referral Associate ensures that processes and procedures are followed, maintains communication with the referring attorney and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow-up with all Referred Cases

Communicate with referring attorneys to gather information about each case.

Follow-up with Referring Attorneys on PNC referrals.

Monitor the TBR List.

Call Insurance Companies to see if settlement reached
