Part-time Commercial Cleaner

Scope of Position :

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Commercial Cleaner for our 50,000 sq. ft. facility (approximately 30,000 sq. ft. cleaning area). This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable workplace for our employees and visitors.

Please note : We are only considering individuals for this position. We will not review proposals or inquiries from professional cleaning companies or agencies.

Principal Responsibilities :

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of all restrooms and kitchen / break areas
• Weekly vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of applicable floors in offices and common areas
• Emptying trash and recycling bins in restrooms and kitchen areas; replacing liners
• Refill supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists consistently
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supply inventory

Note : This position does not include dusting or cleaning desks, office furniture, or personal workspaces.

Work Environment :

This position is based in the office area of an active manufacturing facility. The environment includes a mix of administrative offices, kitchen / break areas, restrooms, and common spaces frequented by office staff, visitors, and occasionally manufacturing personnel. While the role is focused solely on the office portion of the building, the cleaner may encounter noise from nearby production areas and occasional foot traffic from employees transitioning between workspaces.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :

This is a part-time position for up to 25 hours per week. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday, 5 : 00 am to 10 : 00 am (start time may be as late as 6 : 00 AM).

There is no travel required with this position.
