Interim Nurse Lead- RN

POSITION SUMMARY

Monarch Healthcare Management will maintain an Interim Nurse Lead position to provide temporary coverage to Monarch facilities in a time of need. It is our intent to maintain the highest level of nursing services with knowledgeable, well-trained caring staff. Travel may be a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities :

The duties of this position will vary upon assignment and the applicable facility nursing administration position job description will be provided for review and signature upon each assignment.  Potential positions include but are not limited to : Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager.

The Interim Nurse Lead will agree to be a part of the facility on-call rotation while holding a nursing facility leadership position.

The length of each assignment will be agreed upon in advance

The Interim Nurse Lead will not work overtime without prior approval from the facility Administrator

QAULIFICATIONS :

Must have a valid nursing license (RN) to practice in Minnesota

Must have a valid Basic Life Support certification.

Must have experience in nursing administration at a LTC facility for a least a year

Travel and flexibility are required as needed to meet scheduling requirements.
