IT Event Support Specialist

Overview

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Event Support Specialist for our financial services client in Warren, NJ. This is a 6 month contract possible contract to hire role requiring 5 days a week onsite with 25% travel (domestic only).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for internal and external meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
• Set up, test, and operate audio / visual equipment, including microphones, speakers, projectors, video walls, and conferencing systems.
• Support and troubleshoot virtual meeting platforms including Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and others.
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Event Planning teams to ensure all technical aspects of events are covered.
• Maintain and manage inventory of A / V equipment and supplies.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting during live events to ensure minimal disruption.
• Assist with recording, streaming, and post-event media management.
• Train and guide our client\'s employees on best practices for using meeting technologies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.
