About The Position

La Grande, Oregon CRNA Locum Tenens (Critical Access Hospital)

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced CRNA to support a critical access hospital in La Grande, Oregon . This is a 3–6 month locum assignment beginning January 1st, 2026 , offering a collaborative anesthesia team, diverse case mix, and an autonomous CRNA practice model.

Assignment Highlights

• Location : La Grande, Oregon – Critical Access Hospital
• Start Date : January 1st, 2026
• Duration : 3–6 months
• Schedule : 4x10-hour shifts per week
• Call : 1 weekday per week + 1 weekend per month ( must be proficient in OB to take call )
• Model : 1 MD + 4 CRNAs (all autonomous)
• ORs : 5 + cysto + endoscopy suite
• Daily Census : 5–20 cases / day (includes endoscopy & cataracts); 2–4 rooms run daily
• EMR : Epic
