Position : Tax Senior Manager

Location : Asheville, NC

Job Type : Full-time

Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Tax Senior Manager to lead and guide tax operations in a growing firm. This leadership role combines technical expertise with team mentorship, process improvement, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage tax engagements, including the review of payroll reports and financial statements.
  • Provide expert tax guidance for individuals, businesses, and corporations.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop staff while fostering a collaborative, supportive culture.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications :

  • EA or CPA designation required.
  • 5+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally in a public accounting environment.
  • Strong leadership background with proven staff management and development skills.
  • Ability to oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
