What You'll Do :
The Treasury team at OCC is responsible for managing cash operations, liquidity facilities, and investment activities, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit, and SRO obligations. Team members are expected to be detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and risk management. The Treasury function also coordinates commercial insurance policies to ensure OCC maintains appropriate coverage.

Strong analytical and Excel / VBA skills; experience with Treasury systems (e.g., GTreasury) preferred.
Proven ability to master complex systems and data environments quickly, with advanced technical problem-solving skills to design, test, and implement new Treasury tools and controls.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a 'go-getter' approach - willing to take ownership, propose improvements, and follow through independently.
Knowledge of financial markets (repo, CP, money markets) and collateral management.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
Strong documentation and control discipline to support internal and external audits.
Exposure to commercial insurance processes (renewals, coverage analysis, claims) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
Technical Skills :
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA, pivot tables, and data modeling.
Experience with Treasury Management Systems such as GTreasury, or equivalent platforms.
Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools for dashboarding and reporting.
Ability to design and implement process automation solutions that improve efficiency and controls.
Strong technical problem-solving skills with proven ability to learn complex systems quickly.
Experience handling large data sets with accuracy and efficiency;
Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or a similar field
5+ years of experience in a Corporate Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance role

Compensation
Salary Range
$85,300.00 - $124,600.00
Incentive Range
8% to 15%
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range ). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
