Best Middle Eastern Restaurant 2018 by Boston Magazine! We opened in October of 2016 and have become a staple of Inman Square’s neighborhood. We are looking for a dining room manager to join our team and share the exciting things we have going on as we expand into a new location on 750 Main Street. Check us out at www.moonarestaurant.com , send in your resumé, a cover letter telling us a little about yourself, and we will contact you.

Requirements :

  • A smile and a positive approach towards hospitality and what it stands for.
  • Previous restaurant / bar experience.
  • High organizational skills.
  • A passion for food, wine, and craft cocktails.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, Scheduling, and Continuously training and maintaining a FOH staff of 6-8 team members.
  • Building guest relations.
  • Educating the staff on food and wine by setting up wine tastings, food tastings, selling strategies, training manuals, recipes, etc.
  • Restaurant administration (financials, costing, payroll, etc.).
  • Manage floor operations 5 shifts a week with two days off.

    • Compensation :

  • Salary of $65K–$75K annually, based on experience.
  • Paid vacation.
  • Partially subsidized health insurance.
