Role Summary :

Deliver a dynamic workplace experience by serving as a Facility Operations Analyst in our Belfast, ME office. In this in-person role, you will support building events, preparing collaborative spaces, conference rooms and workspaces, handling shipping and receiving, mail pick up and delivery to the post office in Belfast with our company box truck, supporting catering, and other tasks that evolve in our new hybrid work environment. You will report directly to the Service Manager, athenaEnvironment.

The shift is Monday-Friday 5 : 15am-1 : 45pm in our Belfast, ME office.

Team Summary :

You will be part of athenaEnvironment an interdisciplinary team of facilities, security, workplace experience, and real estate experts. The team is dedicated to supporting the day-to-day operations of our campus in Belfast, ME and managing aspects of our global footprint. By ensuring efficient workspace operations and superior customer engagement, the team contributes to creating a productive and vibrant environment for all employees.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Drive the company box truck for mail pick-up and delivery as required.
• Prepare conference and event rooms each day for seamless operations.
• Provide logistical support for company events and activities.
• Process and deliver large volumes of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain and operate office equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
• Execute general office maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, and cleaning.
