In this key role, you’ll own Compensation & Benefits strategy, oversee Workers’ Compensation and Payroll Administration, and design initiatives that foster engagement, recognition, and employee well-being. You’ll lead a team dedicated to supporting employees across their entire journey ensuring every individual feels valued, supported, and rewarded for their contributions. This role is a Hybrid role, requiring on-site availability in Dunnville and Lexington KY.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, administration, and strategy for all Compensation & Benefits programs.
  • Partner with our benefits broker to evaluate, negotiate, and manage health, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary benefit offerings.
  • Oversee the Workers’ Compensation program and team — managing claims, return-to-work processes, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Manage the Payroll Administrator, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and total rewards analyses to maintain competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Develop and manage incentive and recognition programs that align with company values and business goals.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, wellness programs, and culture events.

  • Analyze HR and payroll data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including direct ownership of Compensation & Benefits programs.
  • Experience leading Workers’ Compensation and Payroll Administration teams.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, benefits administration, and total rewards strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, Dayforce, Workday).
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CEBS preferred.
  • Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to lead key programs that directly shape the employee experience.
  • Collaborative, people-first culture that values innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
  • A leadership team that empowers you to make an impact.
  • Ready to make a difference?
