Director of Real-World Evidence

A company is looking for a Director of Real World Evidence (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop RWE strategies in collaboration with internal partners to support the value of products

Lead the design and execution of RWE research projects using administrative claims data and EMR

Oversee RWE leadership across internal cross-functional teams and support operational processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

PhD in epidemiology or related discipline

8+ years of research experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare claims databases / EMR

Familiarity with US and global healthcare delivery systems

Experience in designing and analyzing RWE using administrative claims datasets and EMRs

A track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications in RWE
