NCW is seeking a skilled MIG / TIG Aluminum Welder to join our client’s fabrication team, In this role, your will set-up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment to weld aluminum components, read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, perform welding operations on aluminum structures, inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, and collaborate with team members to assemble parts and complete projects efficiently. Candidates are required to have at least 3 years of experience in MIG / TIG welding, specifically with aluminum materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3years of experience in MIG and TIG welding, specifically with aluminum materials. Welding certification (AWS or equivalent) preferred
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in using hand tools and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and reaching
