This role requires an experienced nurse with strong scrub and circulate skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \nProvide nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures.\nAssist in a variety of surgical specialties, including Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery.\nUtilize strong scrub and circulate skills to support the surgical team.\nParticipate in mandatory float assignments to support OR needs across different departments.\n\nRequired Experience : \nMinimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in the OR\n\nLevel 1 Trauma Center experience\nStrong scrub and circulate skills\nProficiency in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery\n\nPreferred Experience (Highly Valued) : \nNeurosurgery (Craniotomy & Spine)\nOpen Heart / Thoracic\nOphthalmology\nENT\nBariatric\nGynecology\n\nCertifications Required : \nBLS – American Heart Association
