REQUIREMENTS (Simple) :

Valid Home Health Aide Training Certificate (30 / 60 / 70 / 75-hour)

Certificate signed by RN (unless completed online)

Valid Driver's License (not expired, suspended, or revoked)

Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance

Pass standard background checks (DODD, DRC, Exclusion List, Nurse Aide Registry, Offender Watch, OIG, SAM)

Pass written & skills test at 80% (unless you have previous results)

Commit to minimum 20 hours per week
