Today, LB Homes has expanded to offer a continuum of care primarily focused on serving older adults in caring for their while being : soul, mind, and body.

Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at LB Broen Home in Fergus Falls, MN. The CNA will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, monitoring patients' health and reporting any changes, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents. The role will also involve working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents. This role is available for all shifts, including full-time, part-time, and casual positions.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant qualification and relevant certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor
• Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic medical knowledge and experience with healthcare practices
• Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility
• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is a plus
