About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated engineers with deep expertise in test and evaluation of air / missile defense digital and hardware-in-the-loop models and simulations to join our team. In this role, you will execute efforts for next-generation defense technologies that safeguard our nation. You'll collaborate closely with technical teams, government stakeholders, and leadership to ensure systems are rigorously tested, validated , and ready for mission success.
Responsibilities
Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate a robust familiarity with te s t and evaluation processes , planning, execution, tool development, and assessments.
- Demonstrated a technical understanding of radar system design and functionality , including but not limited to :
Antenna design
Signal processingSearch, acquisition, and tr ac k functionalitiesElectronic protection (EP) and electronic attack (EA) techniquesAir defense platformsMissile system integrationTest and E valuation E nvironment
Operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring adaptability and rapid development of alternative solutionsResponsibilities include :Interpreting threat air defense system description reports to develop and organize :

Senior Level
Master's degree + 12 years of relevant experience, ORBachelor's degree + 17 years of relevant experience.A portion of experience must be within the last 2 years.Mid Level
