Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Technical Architect and Liaison to unify digital initiatives with enterprise architecture
Act as the technical steward for the corporate website, providing support and coordinating with external developers for performance improvements
Drive transformation of core platforms through development, integration, and optimization for actionable marketing outcomes
Identify inefficiencies and implement technology improvements to optimize workflows and operations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in MarTech with a focus on bridging technology and business strategy
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Customer Insights - Journey and CMS platforms like WordPress or Sitecore
Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and advanced API integration skills
Demonstrated success in vendor management and coordinating external development efforts
Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
