In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and administration of the Internship Development Program, where you will deliver a high-impact experience that strengthens Lincoln's talent pipeline and employer brand.
Identifying and recommending process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality of the Internship Development Program. Researching and providing recommendations to internal stakeholders on talent solutions and / or initiatives to help support the business strategy / goals. Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal business partners and external partners. Ensuring talent processes and procedures are compliant. Analyzing talent data and communicating findings and potential solutions and ideas. Identifying and implementing solutions to mobilize internal talent as a part of talent programs / processes. Understanding the key drivers of the early talent segment; applying this knowledge in their work. Providing routine advice and consultation to managers and HR Business Partners on talent programs and talent-related issues. Executing HR priorities in direct alignment with business strategy, day to day HR and organizational development responsibilities, ensuring consistency in interpretation and administration of policies. Building presentation and communication materials to inform key stakeholders and executive leadership. Supporting high quality HR services to meet customer needs and business requirements. Performing routine analysis and research on various HR and Talent projects.
4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required) 1 - 3+ Years of Human Resources and / or Talent Management experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position. (Required) Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop collaborative approaches. Demonstrates ability to identify and recommend processes improvements. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style. Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information. Finds common ground and can gain collaboration among management, colleagues and peers; can influence outcomes without directing or commanding. Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines. Critical thinker with an ability to analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or strategy. Demonstrated ability (i.e. emotional intelligence skills) to successfully navigate interpersonal business situations to get desired business results.
