Manage patient admissions from the emergency department. Collaborate with attending physicians for case reviews and support as needed. Handle referral and transfer protocols in conjunction with hospital policies. Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) 2 years of recent ER experience required Current Michigan License, DEA, ACLS, and ATLS certifications required Must have a clean background for quick credentialing Shift : 11 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 PM Schedule : Varied, including weekends Advanced clinical skills in emergency settings Proficiency in Cerner EMR system Ability to handle high-pressure situations independently Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Join an experienced team in a level 3 ER setting, where you can work independently in a fast-track environment with support from attending physicians. This role involves staffing a 10-bed area within the emergency department and requires no supervision requirements for resident cases. The position offers a varied schedule with shifts available from 11 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, in Lansing, MI.
