A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the strategic disposition of surplus assets and manage land and medical office building transactions

Direct land-related projects, including zoning changes and easement negotiations, while facilitating property donations

Provide formal supervision and mentorship to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered

Real Estate salesperson license required

Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
